Like most are saying it looks cool but that's it. The touch screen never does what it is suppose. The pictures it takes are the worst quality and the person to person sound quality echoes. You can go to web sites but are unable to click on links. I have had it for about a year and it won't keep a charge. I have to have the battery pack attached all the time and even then it will only stay charged half a day with out any use! The absolute worst. <br /> <br />If you call them today, July 15'th 2008, the system will acually tell you to call back later and HANG UP. You will get through the prompts until you are given a wait-time and then.. I'm not surprised at all.
