After less than two weeks the LCD went blank. I took it back to the store where it was purchased and the sales person immediately announced that the LCD was damaged and that it is not covered by warranty. I told her that it had not been dropped or abused. She said, "oh I know, we have this problem with this phone all of the time. You probably had it in your pocket and leaned up against something. I sent the phone back to the manufacturer who promptly sent an email saying that it would be $78 to repair. They will not sell you the $7 part. I have never seen or heard a warning not to carry your cell phone in your pocket. I am disappointed in the carrier/sales person for not warning me and Samsung for not honoring the warranty. It was just money down the drain.

They don't tell you that there is a special headset you need to BUY ($25 extra!), which of course will be different from the next headset you need to buy when you buy another Samsung product. They already redesigned the car charger to be incompatible with my last Samsung phone.

What is the point of music if you can't simply plug a regular jack into it? Planned obsolescence=Environmental rape...
