Well i guess i was not so lucky, when i ordered a Blackberry Battery, it turned out the battery was no good.

The reason I needed a new battery was because my old one did not hold a charge, off the charger it was down a bar after one 2 minute phone call and usually gone by the end of the day. I purchased this one with hopes it would be better, it was actually worse. I guess you get what you pay for.

I ordered 4 of these batteries, 2 for a pearl and 2 for a curve. The batteries were advertised as new OEM, but arrived used. There were signs of wear and tear on the battery label and terminals, not to mention they had no factory packaging. They did not hold a charge. I even tried to recondition them (drain them and charge them fully) 3 times, no luck.

I emailed the seller, let them know i received dead/used batteries. They advised me they sell both new and used, and told me to recondition the batteries. They made no apology for the batteries. They gave me an RMA and I exchanged them letting the seller know I purchased new (never used batteries). I said if they can’t provide me with new batteries to refund my card. The replacement batteries I received were also used.

Replacement battery was fine, I just wish the original battery that comes with these devises would last longer.

The item was never delivered to the address ordered. Webtreo blamed the USPS in a simple 1 line response. Asked to claim the local post office!!! First and last, bye Webtreo.
