The ad I responded to doesn’t tell you that you need another part, the upgraded battery cover, to make the ‘Stone’ work.

The shipper offers ZERO support. It took numerous calls and time, on my part, to figure this out.

Of course, I got stuck with the freight to ship it back for a refund.

The shipper blames Amazon for incomplete information and Amazon blames the shipper for incomplete information. Neither accepts blame.

Worked great for 2 months. Then I would come in & the battery would still be dead from the night before. I stopped using it. Bought am extended battery & cover, now I can do anything I want to on my palm pre all day & the battery never dies on me. Its not that hard to plug it in anyway

I didnt know you needed the palm pre touchstone back piece for you phone so Its pretty much useless to me. Im trying to contact the seller to see If I can purchase it seperately and cant seem to be able to find a contact

This sounded like a good price and it was for $29 which is what I paid for the charging dock. HOWEVER, what they didn’t/don’t tell you in the info about the charging dock is that you will also need the power charger, cable and the all important Touchstone back cover for your phone. I received my dock in the mail today thinking it had the components I needed but I have the Touchstone now that’s useless untill I order the back cover for my phone…FRUSTRATING!!!!
