I bought this item on Amazon at a fraction of the price they were asking for the same battery at Radio Shack.

New battery didn’t work any better than my old one. Phone won’t stay charged for more than a few hours and can only make a couple of calls before it starts wearing down again. It might be that the RAZR phone is a poor quality phone, I don’t know. I just know that I wasted my money on this battery.

I bought this battery because the 2 year old battery I have for my RAZR V3 was only lasting me about a day. This one I purchased is way worse than that. I can’t even talk an hour and need to charge twice a day. Needless to say, I’m still using my 2 yr old battery.

First battery would not hold a charge. They sent another. Barely better. Could not see for sure the mfg date on the battery but it looked like it was 2003. Surely these batteries cannot sit on the shelf forever. Price was right but now I need to find someone who sells fresher batteries. No it was not the phone. Tried it on an identical phone of the same vintage. Same thing.

The price was excellent ($9.95 incl shipping) and I received the battery in a few days. The battery ended up being defective (wouldn’t hold a charge) and the Seller sent me a replacement immediately, no questions asked. I am completely satisfied!
