Battery came damaged, loose in a brown paper bag, with the “red” stripe on the white indicator bar meaning it has been damaged somewhere.
Local Verizon dealer confirmed this is a defective product and noticed it was shipped to me without any packaging, just a brown paper envelope.
Please do not waste your time or money on this company.
I have asked for a replacement-a NEW battery as advertised and as I paid for. If they replace this BAD one with a new battery I will update this review, until then, consider this a rip off!!!

I received this battery, charged it and nothing. The battery looked scratched and did not look new at all. The battery had a price that was to unbelievably low, well don’t believe it.
