If I could give this product a minus two stars I would. This headset would not take a charge and it would get extremely hot when you try to turn it on.

What I received was not the bubblegum pink that I had paid for but magenta. I purchased 3 of these for 3 girls that requested bubblegum pink. While the magenta was ok for them it was not what they had wanted and waited for. Teenagers want what they want….so they were disappointed as was I.
