<description>I am a faithful Amazon.com fan and buy all my needs and wants here, but this was the biggest nightmare of all. I bought this phone about 7 months ago only for an emergency. I have Optimum and when the Cablevision goes out, so does the computer and phone. I had trouble with it from day 1. Couldn&#039;t hook up my Voicemail and so never used it. But I had to keep buying minutes. I did get the promised 300 air time minutes and spent about $35 more and had a total of 735 air time minutes when the phone died. I called and asked for a new phone and they asked how many minutes I had and I told them. They said according to their records I only had 45 and that was all I would get. I am getting a lawyer about this so please don&#039;t buy this piece of junk.
