Jabra SP200 Bluetooth Speakerphone Car Kit

I have Jabra SP200 Bluetooth Wireless Speakerphone Car Kit and like it so I am trying to order it for my daughter. I brought it up, ordered it and went through the links. The link is now telling me my full amount is $201.00. I won’t pay that amount. I ordered the one that says it is $48.72. What happened? I canceled out because the purchase link is wrong. Product was defective, have been waiting two weeks so far for a return label so I can send it back and try to get it replaced. Buy.com was quick in getting the defective product to me but is sure taking their time getting it back once I told them it didn’t work.

Doesn’t work as well as needed if you have a soft-top car. Road noise filters in too much from roof. Volume not high enough.

The item arrived promptly and works very well. Glad I made this purchase. I am now a safe cell phone driver.

After having a Nokia hands-free device for my old Nokia cell phone in my truck I found myself with a new iPhone and in need of a new hands-free device. I bought this Jabra SP200 after reading the description and all of these great reviews. Once delivered, I installed the device and paired it with my iPhone in my truck and found that installation was simple as promised. However, the quality of the sound, both incoming and outgoing, was very poor.
When using the SP200 I found that the voice of the people I was talking to was very “tinny”, shrill, high-pitched and annoying. There was an ever-present hiss in the speaker as well. On the other side, those people were frequently asking me “what did you say?” and “I can’t hear what you said.” This equipment was mounted in accordance with the instructions and pretty much the same way my Nokia stuff had been mounted. After having the old Nokia equipment for a problem-free 6 years I found this new, improved stuff was very disappointing. With the Nokia hands-free the people I spoke with couldn’t even tell I was mobile. With the Jabra setup the people didn’t know if I was still on the line.
I do not like to return items, especially to Amazon since they are a very hip outfit, but I found this item had to be returned.
