I bought these because the original ones that came with the BB Tour were large and became uncomfortable during long usage. These ear gel type were definitely more comfortable but the sound level is significantly less than the original and at times made it difficult to hear conversations even with the volume turned up full.

Compared to the headphones that came with my curve these are much better. I am constantly using my headphones during the day and I seem to break many pairs at the gym. I've only had them for a couple days but I can't complain. I mean for $7 these are awesome. If you need a decent set of headphones to use subway, gym, around the city these are well worth it.

I love the fit in the ear. Alot less noise. These fit my LG Chocolate 3 perfect. Better sound than the verizon store lg phones at $30. Buy more save more

This is a Blackberry brand microphone headset. I bought two sets, this one and another brand. Calls made thru this microphone are clearer than the 'other' brand but the earphones do not sound as good - lacking bass and fullness. They would be perfect for making calls but my main purpose was listening to music on my phone and they are lacking for that purpose. The earbuds are comfortable and stay in place while moving around. They were worth the money.

Tried out the following Bluetooth earpieces with my Curve 8310:
* Jawbone
* Jawbone Aliph
* Blue Ant v1
* jabra (forgot the model nr)

All of these had the problem that the sound would not get through to my inner ear, so always would be muffled. Driving a Jeep (most of the time open, weather permitting) so it can get loud at times.

Decided to go back to wired solutions, looked around and came across this one.

No problems with the wind noise (even though there's no 'NoiseAssasin' or similar technology in use, only issue is sometimes the mic housing gets caught under my coat's collar. But that's a matter of clipping it to a better spot on either coat or safety belt.

And even better, I can hear everyone even with the top down :-)

Would buy this one again.
