Ive had this phone since it came out and I am absolutely in love with it. The touch screen is great but at times can get frustrating since it isnt the most responsive one on the market. The keyboard is just like a computer keyboard so its easy to navigate and you can even navigate through your phone with the keyboard if your having trouble with the touch screen. As for custom ringtones there’s a data cable you can buy for this phone. it plugs into the charger slot on your phone and from there into a regular usb port on your computer. Overall great product but not 5 stars. is a little bulky compared to newer phones but you dont have to worry about breaking the screen while its in your pocket

This phone was excellent, not much more to say.

The only downside I found on this phone, is that there are no custom ringtones
-Excellent for texting
-Touchscreen is responsive
-Awesome phone for those who love to text

I’ve had this phone for about 6 months, and it has been fine for what I use it for, talking and texting. However, the touch screen fails a lot and actually freezes up quite often. I went into the AT&T store today, and was informed I should call customer service, as they will replace this model with the Samsung Propel, due to the touch screen freezing up.

When you purchase this item, you are purchasing a license to waste your money. The phone allows you to listen to and manage your music and videos and ringtones, however you cannot connect this phone to the computer using a USB connection….so, if you use the process of elimination, you find that the ONLY way to get music on your phone is by purchasing it from AT&T….now, what does this entail? it means you must pay for the data that transfers while you’re browsing for music, AND THEN you have to pay for the music itself.
RIP OFF
If you want a smartphone, you have to be smart to begin with. This “smartphone” is a joke and a half, filled with advertisements to make you pay more money than you bargained for. Because the firmware/software for this phone was made by AT&T, you are subject to the whims of AT&T and their money-driven goals. Do yourself a favor and skip this item.

This phone looks super spiffy I won’t lie but when I asked my friend if I could tinker with it boy oh boy was I hit in the face with an epic fail.
This phones touch screen is very very very ill responsive and can be rather slow. The plus side is instead of using the touch screen to text you can use the full keyboard but for people like me who fail at using the full keyboard then this isn’t something you’ll like.
This thing is like a brick. Heavy and in the way. Its battery life is horrible. My friend charges it all night. Wakes up the next day with full battery then ten minutes later or so it says it needs to be charged again. Only a few times has it completly died on her but most of the time it will just say over and over again that. “Low Battery”. That is just a cry to be put down.
I don’t know a whole lot more beyond that basic stuff but from what I’ve experinced and seen this phone is like a death wish please save yourself and purchase another phone.
